The Orland Community Center is filled with private businesses that offer many services to the community and is also the home of the Orland Fitness Center. Orland is fortunate to have a cafe & bakery, pizza & sub shop. barber & hairdresser, nurse practitioner, video production services, realtor, nail technician and tax preparation, all conveniently located in the center of town.
Top-Notch Property Management
The town acquired the property when the Orland school closed in 2011. Mike was the maintenance supervisor and Karen was the librarian. In 2013, the town agreed with Mike’s lifelong dream…to build a fitness center. To insure its success he added event and tenant rentals and the Community Center was off to an exciting start.
Outdoor fun
The Orland Community Center is surrounded with numerous outdoor activities for all ages. From our state of the art outdoor pickleball courts with plenty of parking to a large playground and covered picnic area and finally, our two gated areas for your favorite canines.

How much is a gym membership?
$25.00 per month/$20.00 for 62 & older – discounts for yearly memberships.
Can I rent it for a family function?
Event rental space-
Conference room starts at $75.00/day and the gymnasium starts at $175.00 half day/$300 for full day.
Can I rent space here for my business?
Absolutely! Reach out to inquire about our rental opportunities.
Can I have alcohol If I rent the gymnasium or conference room?
Yes. Absolutely!
Where is the dog park?
The dog park is located at the very back of the building near the outdoor pickleball courts.
